For Affiliates and certain other purchasers of OTO, who opt to open Managed Accounts with our CryptoWealth.com service, we will collect certain identifying information such as name and email address, mobile phone number, and possibly such items as a mailing address, email public key, or banking coordinates. To help keep such client data secure, we store it only on servers without a public facing IP address. The Ascension Foundation will not pass any user data provided to us by a client to anyone, unless legally compelled to do so, by a binding court order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Special Notes Regarding Users of our Wallet System

These limitations prevent the Ascension Foundation and its partners from having various kinds of specific knowledge about wallet users.
Therefore, the Ascension Foundation disavows any obligation to any wallet user to collect information from that user relating to identity, physical or virtual address, IP addresses used, age, gender, religious preference, political preference, skin color, fingerprints, photographic likeness, tracking of transactions, tracking of assets, filing reports of any sort with any other entity or enterprise, or preventing transactions within our technology.
We do not agree to keep track of the assets in your wallet, we do not agree to keep track of your identity, we do not agree to keep track of your use of our technology, we do not agree to report to anyone on any of these things. We do not warrant, nor do we guarantee, any aspect of our technology for the purpose of gathering information on our users, for the purpose of reporting on users, for the purpose of tracking user assets, for the purpose of gathering tax information, nor for any other secondary or ancillary use of our technology to serve entities other than our users.
Our technology does allow the person logged into a particular wallet to receive, pay, exchange, offer, and accept vouchers for assets issued by various voucher issuers, including the Ascension Foundation's OTO vouchers. Our technology does allow the person logged into a particular wallet to track their own assets with receipts and transaction records. Users have the option to delete receipt records. We therefore strongly encourage users to keep their wallet login particulars private.
Note that under no circumstances does the Ascension Foundation, or any of its partners, Affiliates, or staff, ever have access to your wallet. If you lose your wallet login particulars, you must use the five question wallet recovery mechanism to regain access to your wallet login data. This is the only method available. We cannot recover your wallet for you, nor reset your login data. We simply have no access to your wallet, period.
